Our Pastor

Blake is excited and humbled to be the Pastor of Redemption Church here in Monroe, Wisconsin!

Blake and his family has lived and ministered in Monroe for the last nine years, and received a call to plant a new church in Monroe in 2021. The Canterbury’s love the amazing people of Monroe, Green County, Southern Wisconsin, and Northern Illinois and have a passion for helping people know Jesus personally, grow in relationship with Him, and show Him to others. They were humbled to officially plant Redemption Church on October 23rd, 2022 along with the Launch Team.

Blake and his wife Jenna met at Lincoln Christian University in Lincoln, Illinois where they completed their undergraduate degrees (Blake in Christian Ministry and Jenna in Intercultural Studies with emphasis on Youth). Blake pastored in Greenview, Illinois for five years before they were married. Blake and Jenna have been married for nine years and have two sons who love to wrestle, play, and keep their parents on their toes. They are also expecting a girl on the way! As a family they enjoy going to the movies, the zoo, and having family adventures.

Dave serves as one of Redemption Church's Overseer Team as well as Lead Pastor of our sending church, City on a Hill in Fitchburg, WI.
